
Bollywood producer Karim Morani’s daughter Zoa Morani donated her blood plasma for the second time to coronavirus affected patients. Zoa, who successfully recovered after battling the deadly virus, donated her blood plasma at Nair Hospital. Talking to social media, Zoa shared a picture of herself while undergoing plasma donation and flashed the victory sign.
Taking to Instagram Zoa also wrote, “Plasma donation round 2! Last time it helped get a patient out of ICU, Note from my Doctor “hoping all recovered COVID patients come out and donate their blood, u may be able to help someone” #NairHospital #IndiaFightsCorona #plasmatherapy.”
In her earlier plasma donation visit, Zoa explained the process in detail and encouraged her followers to come forward and help. “Donated my blood today for the #plasmatherapy trials at #nairhospital .. it was fascinating !!! Always a silver lining I suppose … the team there was so enthusiastic and careful. There was a general physician on standby just in case of emergency and the equipment brand new and safe !!! All #Covid19 recovered people can be a part of this trial, to help others COVID patients recover,” her caption read.
Zoa also shared that she received a certificate for her donation and Rs 500 making her feel ‘super cool’.
Blood Plasma donation by recovered patients is helping people with the virus. Doctors and medical facilities all over have urged people to donate their plasma and do their bit in saving others.
