As Unlock 1.0 is coming to an end, people have begun venturing out of their homes and partially resume work. This also means complete conformation to the official COVID-19 guidelines stated by the government. The government of Maharashtra has permitted television shows to resume their shoots to revive the drowning economy. Keeping in mind the safety precautions, a lot of TV shows have been back to shooting with minimum working hours and a limited number of staff on the sets. For producers, necessarily, this is not going to be a piece of cake. With budget cuts and low manpower, it will be very difficult for actors and crew members to keep the shows going. Here are the top shows on Television that began shooting amidst unlock 1.0.
Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2
Televisions’ most loved show Kasauti Zindagi Kay 2 starring Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandez resumed shooting from Saturday onwards. The show is produced by Ekta Kapoor and is a revamped version of the iconic show by the same name. Parth even shared his excitement with pictures
from the set on his Instagram account.
Naagin 4
Television’s highest TRP rated supernatural show Naagin has resumed shooting for its fourth installment. The show which features a high celebrity is about to end. Naagin 4 stars Nia Sharma, Vijayendra Kumeria, Anita Hassanandani, and Rashmi Desai.
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai
One of the longest-running shows on Indian Televison, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begun its shoot on Friday. Fans have been desperately waiting to see their favourite onscreen couple Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan aka Naira and Kartik.
Yeh Hai Chahatein
Abrar Qazi took to his Instagram account to share a picture from the sets of Yeh Hai Chahatein. The actor was seen looking like his character from the show Rudraksh.
Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain/ Happ Ki Ultan Paltan
Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain and Happu Ki Ultan Paltan have commenced their shooting from Sunday owing to permissions from the government. Pictures of actors from the sets were all over social media.
KumKum Bhagya/Kundali Bhagya
One of Ekta Kapoor’s most loved sister shows KumKum Bhagya and Kundali Bhagya resumed it shoot today. Celebrity actors Sriti Jha, Shabbir Ahluwalia, Dheeraj Dhoopar, and Shraddha Arya were earlier seen wearing masks on the set of their shows.
Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega
The show starring Kanika Mann, Daljeet Kaur and Nishant Malkani have commenced its shoot from Sunday. The lead actors from Guddan Tumse na Ho Payega shared Bts videos of their scenes from the set.
Tujhse Hai Raabta
Reem Sameer, Sehban Azim, Purva Gokhale and Rajat Dahiya began shooting for Tujhse Hai Raabta from Monday.
Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka
After reports of the showing going off air soon, the supernatural show starring Vikram Singh Chauhan and Aditi Sharma begun shooting from Sunday. The show is produced by Gul Khan and has a long list of star casts.
RadhaKrishnn
Radha Krishnn is a larger than life television show by Swastik Pictures. The show is based on the life of Radha and Krishna starring Sumedh Mudgalkar and Malika Singh. They resumed shooting from Sunday onwards.
