
As soon as the news of Saroj Khan’s demise broke early Friday morning, almost all Bollywood stars shared message of grief and condolences on social media. Everyone in Bollywood knows how popular and legendary Choreographer Saroj Khan was but do you know that she had also worked in a Hollywood film as a Choreographer.
Yes, you read that right! Saroj Khan had worked in a Hollywood film titled ‘The Gandhi Murder, featuring Stephen Lang and Om Puri in key roles. The film was released on the death anniversary in 2019. The only reason why people are not aware of the fact is the film was released without any publicity.
Speaking about it,Saroj Khan had told news agency IANS in 2016, “I’m currently working on a Hollywood film, I have to reserve myself only for them. They haven’t named the film yet. It’s the story of three men who knew Gandhi is going to get killed but they didn’t help and didn’t stop that. I’m doing the choreography for that.”
The entire Bollywood is mourning the demise of veteran Choreographer, Saroj Khan. Among the celebs who mourned the death of the choreographer are Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit, Manisha Koirala and others.

Popular dancer and Choreographer, Remo D’Souza took to social media and wrote a heartfelt note, “ot up with a huge pain in my heart ….. on hearing about your demise ,you were an institution in yourself ,the biggest loss to our dance fraternity…. was fortunate to dance under you , dance with you , choreograph you and choreograph with you and direct you …. willl never forget the love and the passion with which u would choreograph each song the passion in your eyes was like never seen before …. thank you for teaching me so much …. you will always be remembered and always in our hearts …..Saroji…. my condolences to the entire family ….. RIP mam.”
