
The Bhojpuri entertainment industry woke up to a shock on 4th June 2020. Industries
renowned music director Dhananjay Mishra passed away in Mumbai at the early age of 45.
Mishra had collaborated on the popular song ‘Rinkiya ke Papa’ with singer-politician Manoj Tiwari. Manoj mourned the loss of his brother and dear friend on Twitter.
Paying an emotional tribute, he wrote, “Vishwaas nahi ho raha apna chota bhai, Dhananjay Mishra, ab is sansaar mein nahi hai. Prasidh Bhojpuri sangeet nirdeshak…achanak hua sab kuch…aaj Mumbai mein liya aakhiri saans…45 saal ke the Dhananjay…senkdo filmon ka music diya. (Can’t believe my little brother, Dhananjay Mishra, is no longer a part of this world. He was a known Bhojpuri music director…everything happened so suddenly…breathed his last in Mumbai…He was 45 and composed music for many films).”

Celebrities from the Bhojpuri Industry felt the deep loss of Dhananjay’s passing. Many celebs took to their social media accounts to mourn his demise.
Actor Dinesh Lal Yadav was also one of the many celebs who were shocked and in disbelief.
He wrote ever since he has heard the news, Dhananjay’s voice is ringing in his ears. May his divine soul rest in peace, he captioned the picture.
Meanwhile, popular celebrities including Amrapali, Anjana Singh, and Rani Chatterjee also paid their last respects to the director.
Dhananjay Mishra was famous for his music composition on films like Nirahua Satal Rahe, Bhoomiputra, and Kasam Paida Karne Wale Ki, among many others.
