You can now stream Netflix originals, TV shows without a subscription- Know How

Netflix is getting people hooked on some of its popular originals and tv series. For the first time, the streaming giant is allowing people to watch its popular titles without a subscription.

By heading to, people can get a taste of famous shows — including Stranger Things, Bird Box, Murder Mystery, When They See Us, and others — for free, all without signing up for a Netflix account.

While the platform only makes available episode 1 of every TV series, you can watch feature movies in full without a subscription. At the end of each episode or movie, you will get a notification encouraging you to subscribe to Netflix for more.

Netflix Statement

“Netflix is the premier destination for all your entertainment needs. But don’t take our word for it – check out some of our favorite movies and TV shows, absolutely free,” reads a message greeting people at the top of the watch free section. The company also notes that the movies and shows available for free may change from time to time.

“We’re looking at different marketing promotions to attract new members and give them a great Netflix experience,” said a Netflix spokesperson on Monday

Netflix for free is supported via a web browser on computers and Android devices. You can free movies and TV episodes without a subscription. However, the iOS browser arent supported, according to Netflix’s support page.

While the company is seeing a massive surge in users on a daily basis owing to the pandemic and lockdown, it is also. experiencing stiff competition. Netflix is currently trying multiple ways to entice users to subscribe to its platform. With new digital players like Disney Plus,  Amazon Prime Video, Comcast’s NBCUniversal’s Peacock, HBO Max joining the field, it’s important to hold your fort tighter.
