The 4th season of Bigg Boss Telugu was supposed to begin airing from June but it got delayed due to Coronavirus scare. As per latest updates, the makers of the show are considering to begin shoot for Bigg Boss Telugu season 4 from August.
If anything to go by media reports, unlike the previous season, the next season of BB Telugu 4 will be hosted by Vijay Deverakonda. Earlier, it was reported that Nagarjuna Akkineni — who had hosted the 3rd season — will also host the fourth season of Bigg Boss Telugu.

For the unversed, the first season of Bigg Boss Telugu was hosted by Jr NTR whereas the second and third season were hosted by Nani and Nagarjuna Akkineni respectively. The Nagarjuna hosted show received an overwhelming response from the audience which led the makers to retain the host of the show.
However, there has been no official announcement regarding the host of BB Telugu 4 made yet. If everything falls into place, Bigg Boss Telugu season 4 will begin rolling from next month, August and it will be aired accordingly.
The organisers of the show have already began finalizing the contestants who will be seen in the house of BB Telugu 4. According the sources, Allari Naresh, Tarun, Varshini Sounderrajan, Mangli, Akhil Sarthak are some of the names who are likely to be seen in the house BB Telugu 4.

The management is going to acquire permissions for the Bigg Boss show and also redesign all the tasks to make sure the guidelines are followed amidst the COVID-19 crisis.
For the unversed, the third season of the Bigg Boss Telugu was launched in July 2019. It featured 15 contestants and playback singer Rahul Sipligunj, who went on to win the coveted trophy and a cash prize of Rs 50 lakhs.
Meanwhile, Vijay Deverakonda — who was last seen in World Famous Lover— is currently working with Puri Jagannadh for action drama Fighter.
