Owing to a sharp rise in violence in the United States, people have been scared to walk down the streets. In the latest freak violence, a video of a man walking with a knife stuck in his scalp is going viral.
In the video, a 36-year-old man is seen casually walking up to paramedic ambulance after being stabbed in the torso and head with a kitchen knife. He was defending a 34-year-old woman who was being robbed and got slashed in the cheek by four unidentified males and one female in Harlem.

The unidentified robbers were snatching her bag which contained her cellphone, medication, and a benefits card. The man got into a verbal argument with the assailants and was later hit in the scuffle.
The man can be seen wearing a white tank top completely dripped in blood. However, the knife in his head did not penetrate his skull. He was soon admitted to a hospital in Harlem. Both victims are currently in stable, non-life-threatening condition.
Ed Mullion of the Sergeants Benevolent Association took to Twitter to slam the politicians in New York City for the increasing violence. ‘NYC politicians have lost control of the city. One day a homeless man is set on fire in Manhattan another day a man is knifed in the head, all on the heels of 125 shootings in one month,’ his tweet read.

He went on to blame the New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio saying, Take a bow you created this, now own it.’
Meanwhile, the police are investigating the matter. No official arrests have been made yet.
