Kajal Aggarwal is arguably one of the most sought after South Indian and Bollywood film actresses. According to media reports, Netflix is currently in talks with Bollywood and regional filmmakers to produce content for domestic audience in the days to come.
As per the latest update, the streaming giant is considering to take Kajal Aggawaral onboard for one of its upcoming web series, which is said to be a remake of an international web series, Quantico.
For the unversed, Quantico is an American thriller web TV series which has Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra in prominent role. In the web series, Priyanka Chopra played Alex Parrish, who joins the Federal Bureau of Investigation after graduating from the FBI Academy and becomes a prime suspect in a terrorist attack on Grand Central Terminal.
Now, Netflix is considering to remake the web series with Indian actors and has reportedly approached Kajal to play lead role in it.
If everything falls into place, Kajal Aggarwal will be seen reprising the role of Priyanka Chopra in Quantico remake. This will make her debut on a digital platform.
There are reports stating that the series will be made in multiple regional languages including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam among others.
