Sushant Singh Rajput’s ex-manager, Disha Salian passed away in the wee hours of Tuesday. It was reported that she committed suicide by jumping off a building in Mumbai. Disha jumped off the 14th floor of a building in Malad, Mumbai, while she was with her friends. She was rushed to a hospital in Borivali where she was pronounced dead.
Reports published in Times Of India state that the reason behind her suicide is not yet discovered yet. Recent reports suggest that she was with her fiance when this devastating incident took place. Her parents’ statements have already been recorded by the police and her fiancé’s statements are yet to be recorded.
Sushant, on his Instagram story, condoled Disha Salian’s death and wrote: “It’s such devastating news. My deepest condolences to Disha’s family and friends. May your soul rest in peace.”
Disha Salian has also been an ex-manager of Fukrey actor Varun Sharma. He remembered Disha Salian by sharing a throwback picture on his Instagram post and he wrote: “Am at a loss of words. Speechless, numb. It all looks unreal .So many memories. Such a lovely person and a dear friend. You always wore that smile every day and with such kindness you dealt with everything that came your way .You will be deeply missed. Prayers and strength to the family. I still can’t believe Disha you’re gone. Gone too soon.”
Disha started off her career as a public relations manager and went on to become a celebrity talent manager. She was based in Mumbai and had been associated with Bunty Sajdeh’s Cornerstone Sport & Entertainment Limited.
Apart from Sushant, Disha Salian had also managed the work of actors like Bharti Sharma, Rhea Chakraborty and Varun Sharma.
