Aside from being the most commented tweet of all time, the post also boasts of reaching the fastest 1 million views in Twitter history! The data is compiled by social media firm NewsWhip which tracks around 3,50,000 influential users accounts.
The BTS stands for the Korean expression Bangtan Sonyeondan meaning ‘Bulletproof Boys Scouts’. It is easily the biggest and most influential K-pop name in all of the genre’s histories. The 7 members have been titled ‘Princes of Pop’ by Time and are the second best-selling artists worldwide after Drake.
