BTS ‘honored’ to tie The Beatles’ record, Says ‘We love you Army’

BTS — South Korean Boys Pop band — has been touring in the United States for a few days.  The Bangton Boys (BTS) have recently performed in New York City and the thanked their committed fans, which are known as ‘army’.

Thanking army, one of the seven boys said that our fans are the best and called them their motivation. The artists said, ‘we love you army’. Thank you for waiting for days [in the rain, cold, everything],” RM, aka Rap Monster, added.

Amidst international appeal and record-breaking hits, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook, are being compared to The Beatles.  The Bangtan Boys have recently become the first pop band since the English rock band (The Beatles) to earn three Billboard number one albums in a single year with their latest titled “Map of the Soul: Persona.”

“I mean, we’re all fanboys of [The] Beatles, of course, who is not,” RM said. “We feel so honoured to be with the greatest names in the music industry — we love [The] Beatles of course.”

The K-Pop’s latest single titled ‘Boy with Luv’ which also featured Halsey turned out to be blockbuster as it broke the record for most watched video in 24 hours.  RM said the hit is “about finding joy and love and being curious about the little things.”

“Most importantly ‘Boy with Luv’ is like a fan letter from BTS to Army,” he added.

Notably, BTS has been on a worldwide stadium tour, Love Yourself: Speak Yourself and kicked off “GMA’s” 2019 Summer Concert Series in Central Park.
